Our Fleet: Prestige is aware of the impact that our vehicle fleet has on the environment. We are fully committed to reducing this impact and reduce our carbon footprint. We have already managed to reduce our carbon emissions by 15% over the last year. We are on course to improve on this figure this year with a combination of driver training and the purchase of more Hybrid cars to replace our existing vehicles. All of our company vans are Citroen Relays which are fitted with a diesel particulate filter to reduce both carbon monoxide and diesel soot to negligible amounts. Citroen was named Green Car manufacturer of the year. We are constantly in touch with manufacturers and evaluating new technology. We are currently testing an electric scooter for our courier division.

Our Executive fleet of E-Class Mercedes and Chryslers both adopt the latest engine technology to optimize fuel usage and keep emissions to a minimum.

Office Staff: All paper waste is recycled, and staff are educated on reducing waste and acting responsibly. All packing material received by our company is kept and re-used where possible. All staff are encouraged to use public transport and our sales team regularly use public transport.

Paper free: We are committed to send out our invoices and statements via email by January 2011 and we have recently introduced a web booking service where you can book directly into our booking software.

Logistics: We are working closely with our clients and one initiative we started recently with a client, is to actively encourage their staff to share journeys that would otherwise be taken alone. It reduces our carbon footprint, and also that of our clients whilst also saving costs.
